Here are some common questions about account registration, our training platform, and workplace violence training requirements & compliance. If you need further assistance, please submit a support inquiry.
Account/company registration is available to authorized managers & supervisors of a business only. Once the business is registered, the supervisor/manager can assign a training session to each employee from the admin area. Individual employees cannot register.
Only one account may be registered per company. If your company manages HR/training requirements per single location or you operate a franchise, you may register for that location as a stand-alone account.
Only one company registration per email address/contact name is allowed.
In order to register a company for an admin account, you must be an authorized supervisor or manager. Only one registration is allowed per company. If you attempt to register a company that has already been registered, an error will be indicated preventing registration.
You must also provide a valid company email address and phone number. You may not use a free/consumer email address to register your company.

On the menu bar, click on My Profile. This will let you see all trainings you have assigned.
If you have an incomplete training, a Complete Training button will be available. Click the button to finish your training.

When taking a training, you will see questions appear on the right side of the screen as they are asked in the video.
Complete the entire video and answer all questions correctly to enable the Submit Quiz Answers button.
If you answer a question wrong, it will turn red. You will not be able to submit your quiz answers until they are all correct.
HINT: Pay attention to the video as the instructor gives you the correct answer(s).
By January 1, 2020, an employer having five or more employees shall provide at least two hours of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all supervisory employees and at least one hour of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all nonsupervisory employees in California within six months of their assumption of a position. This training must be provided once every two years.
Employers having five or more employees must train all supervisors in California, as well as nonsupervisory employees in California. A supervisor is anyone with authority to hire, fire, assign, transfer, discipline, or reward other employees. A supervisor is also anyone with the authority to effectively recommend (but not necessarily take) these actions if exercising that authority requires the use of independent judgment.

Yes. A credit card is required to purchase training credits. Credits may be purchased on an as-needed basis through your admin account.
Sorry, no. To utilize the system after you have exceeded your free training sessions, you must purchase training credits with a credit card through your admin account. At this time, we are unable to bill your company for training sessions. Please email support@FreeWorkplaceTraining.com for more information.
The Workplace Violence Training course is $12.00 per seat. Additional options are available with a one-time fee applicable.
Training credits may be purchased one at a time as needed, or you may pre-purchase several training credits for later use. Training credits never expire. Once a training credit has been used to assign a training session, it is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Once you have purchased a training credit through your admin account, you may utilize these as needed by assigning a training session to a new employee. Training credits never expire. Once a training credit has been used to assign a training session, it is non-transferable and non-refundable. The training credit is debited from your account once a training has been assigned.
